You'll get the opportunity to shape our online presence, contribute creative ideas, and make a real impact across the business.\n\nWe're looking for someone who can blend creativity with technical expertise—someone who loves building websites, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring our web systems remain secure, high-performing, and impactful.\nMain Areas of Responsibility\n\nDesign & Development\n• Build, enhance and maintain the CCL Design website and other web-based business systems.\n• Turn business requirements into high-quality, functional digital solutions.\n• Ensure all development follows ISO27001-compliant processes.\n\nDigital Marketing Support\n• Translate graphic concepts into fully functioning web content.\n• Create SEO-optimised pages with well-structured metadata.\n• Manage and improve content through our CMS (including Umbraco Heartcore).\n• Develop digital assets including graphics, video and presentations.\n• Monitor and optimise site performance using Google Analytics and other tools.\n\nTechnical Support & Cyber Security\n• Provide troubleshooting, support, and administration for web-based systems.\n• Collaborate with the IT Technical Team to maintain a secure, robust web environment.\n• Protect website content during development and post-launch.\n\nContent & Digital Experience\n• Support the creation and editing of video and imagery for digital channels.\n• Help deliver engaging online experiences that align with our brand strategy.\nSkills Required\n• Higher education qualification in a relevant discipline.\n• Strong front-end web design skills: HTML5, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery.\n• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).\n• Experience with CMS, especially Umbraco Heartcore.\n• SEO-focused design and development experience.\n• Back-end development skills in ASP.NET (VB/C#) and SQL Server.\n• Database design and experience with web security technologies.\n• Understanding of website analytics and optimisation metrics.\n• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.",
