We are looking for a Graduate Web Application Developer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. What we offer - Salary of £28,000 per year - Bonus – annual company performance -related bonus - Ongoing training and professional development. - Working hours – 35 hours per week, 8.30am to 4.30pm - Group life scheme (4 x Salary) - Annual team bonding and social events - Employee assistance programme - Free parking - Company uniform About the Role As a Graduate Web Application Developer, you will - Develop and maintain our in-house cloud-based management system (PIMA) - Develop and maintain our remote access via MQTT to our instruments (Control Insite) - Support and develop existing online data management products. - Gain experience of Server Backend and Web Frontend development. - Help to develop a new data management cloud-based product to manage data - Help support the internal IT systems About You To be considered as a Graduate Web Application Developer, you’ll need experience of using the following tools: - Server Backend: TypeScript (JavaScript), PostgreSQL, TypeORM, PostGraphile and/or Rust - Web Frontend: Angular (Ionic, SPA, React, and/or TypeScript), Bootstrap (CSS, SCSS and/or SASS) and HTML Ideally, we are looking for someone who can: - Can work independently and as part of a team - Have strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills - Take pride in your work and have good attention to detail - Have reasonable interpersonal skills and the ability to disseminate knowledge - Have the ability to work to tight deadlines Other organisations may call this role Graduate Developer, Junior Application Developer, Graduate Web Developer, Junior Web Developer, or Graduate Application Developer.
