About the Role We’re looking for a creative and user‑focused Digital Designer to play a key role in shaping the online experience across Luceco’s brand websites and digital platforms. You’ll design intuitive, visually engaging web experiences that improve product discovery, support marketing campaigns, and bring our brands to life online. Working closely with marketing teams, product managers and developers, you’ll turn business requirements into clear, effective digital journeys that perform across devices. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing strong UX thinking with high-quality visual design, and who’s comfortable working within a modern, collaborative design workflow. What You’ll Be Doing • Designing user-centred web experiences that enhance navigation, engagement and conversion • Creating wireframes, UI layouts and interactive designs for website features, landing pages and campaigns • Designing responsive interfaces across desktop, tablet and mobile • Producing digital assets including web banners, campaign visuals, email graphics and product visuals • Contributing to and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries • Collaborating closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented within CMS environments • Preparing design handover documentation and supporting iterative improvements • Reviewing user behaviour and performance data to continually improve UX/UI • Keeping up to date with UX, accessibility and digital design best practice Skills & Experience · Strong experience in UX/UI and web design · Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) · Experience designing responsive, CMS‑driven websites · Understanding of UX principles, accessibility and user‑centred design · Comfortable collaborating with marketing teams and developers · A strong digital portfolio demonstrating web, UI and UX work Nice to have (but not essential): • CMS experience (Umbraco, WordPress or Shopify) • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and developer handoff workflows • Experience with email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) • Understanding of SEO, analytics or tools such as Google Analytics / Tag Manager • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or Showpad Why Join Us? • Opportunity to shape the digital experience of well‑known brands • A collaborative environment where design and UX are valued • Hybrid working for a better work‑life balance • A role with real impact across marketing, product and digital platforms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: • Additional leave • Company pension • Cycle to work scheme • Employee discount • Employee stock purchase plan • Free parking • Life insurance • On-site parking • Private medical insurance • Referral programme • Sick pay Ability to commute/relocate: • Telford TF3 3BD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: • Content management systems: 1 year (required) Work authorisation: • United Kingdom (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Telford TF3 3BD
