We believe digital products don’t have to be conventional to be effective.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (Experimental / Lab Projects) who can own the design of our most forward-thinking initiatives. You aren’t just creating screens; you are shaping user experiences that inspire and delight. You will work alongside engineers, researchers, and product managers to bring experimental concepts to life. Attend conferences, workshops, and training to stay ahead in UX/UI and experimental design practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• End-to-End Design: Lead projects from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.\n• Experimental UX/UI: Translate lab concepts into intuitive, engaging interfaces while balancing innovation and usability.\n• Design System Ownership: Maintain and expand our component library for consistent, scalable experiences.\n• User Research & Testing: Validate assumptions with user testing, data analysis, and iterative design.\n• Collaboration & Leadership: Work with product managers, engineers, and researchers; mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.\n• Stakeholder Communication: Present design rationale clearly to internal teams and management, explaining both why and how designs work.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nExperience: 6+ years in UX/UI design, ideally with exposure to experimental or lab-focused projects. Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.\n\nPortfolio: Strong portfolio required. Show case studies with problems, processes, and solutions—not just visuals.\n\nTooling: Expert in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping). Familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, or other tools is a plus.\n\nMindset: You are pragmatic, curious, and experimental.
