  "job_description": "Senior Front-End Developer (Creative Technologist)\n• 6-month contract (initially)\n• Remote Working (+ x1 day per week in central London)\n\nOur client is seeking a Senior Creative Technologist / Senior Front-End Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their digital experience delivery.\n\nJoining a forward-thinking organisation at the intersection of design, technology and innovation, where you will help define how advanced prototypes and production-ready digital platforms are conceived, engineered and delivered.\n\nYou will be consulting alongside the Technology Director, Lead Visual Designer and an established Offshore Development team to ensure creative ideas are not only technically achievable but executed to an exceptional standard.\n\nThe successful candidate will bring experience partnering with leading, high profile, global brands providing creative technology consultancy that aligns creative ambition with technical feasibility across multidisciplinary creative and development teams.\n\nThis is an opportunity to influence the delivery of globally recognised digital experiences while working within a highly creative and technically ambitious environment where you will have genuine input into technology direction, innovation strategy and creative execution.\n\nYou will operate as a senior technical voice within the business, translating conceptual ideas into high-performance digital experiences while influencing architectural and technology decisions across a range of complex projects.\n\nNB: This role is remote-first, with collaborative in-person sessions in the central London office one day per week.\n\nMinimum of 7 years’ professional front-end development experience, including senior or leadership responsibility\n• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React and modern build pipelines\n• Proven experience delivering technically complex prototypes and digital products with a strong background in creative technology and interactive digital experience development\n• Advanced experience with animation frameworks such as GSAP, Lottie or Framer Motion, with experience integrating APIs, headless CMS platforms and cloud-based architectures\n• Demonstrated experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams, possessing strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and creative stakeholders\n\nExperience with web-based 3D technologies including Three.js, WebGL or shader development\n• Exposure to AI or machine-learning driven creative workflows\n• Previous experience within digital agencies, creative studios or innovation environments\n\nCreative Technology Leadership\n• Lead development of high-fidelity prototypes, proof-of-concepts and immersive digital experiences\n• Drive adoption and exploration of emerging technologies including AI-driven creative tooling, WebGL, WebAR, immersive web and creative coding techniques\n• Provide technical insight to creative and strategic stakeholders on feasibility, innovation opportunities and implementation approaches\n\nSenior Front-End Engineering\n• Own the front-end architecture and delivery across complex digital builds\n• Develop sophisticated, high-performance interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling\n• Deliver best-in-class animation, interaction, accessibility and performance optimisation\n\nPartner closely with design leadership to deliver visually exceptional, pixel-perfect user experiences\n• Champion best practice across performance, testing, accessibility and development workflows\n• Contribute to long-term creative technology strategy and capability development\n\nPlease contact Edward here at ISR Recruitment regarding this newly created contract role working as a Senior Front End Developer (Creative Technology) on an Inside IR35 basis; as well as learning more about our client and how they are leading the way in developing the next generation of technology solutions within their sector through innovation and transformational technology?",
