The company has 100 headcount and a flat hierarchy. You will report directly to the VP Engineering.\n\nLead delivery of a full‑stack feature from spec to prod. Design, build user‑facing features end‑to‑end, Deliver AI capabilities that demonstrably improve user outcomes.\n\nTech stack\n• 70& - React, Next.js, Node/NestJS, PostgreSQL TypeScript, Javascript, GCP.\n• 30% - AI (LLMs, RAG)\n\nAbout the Role:\n• You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.\n• Working with the latest AI technology solutions.\n• Develop and integrate APIs for seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems.\n• Designing user interfaces\n• Mentoring junior developers in the team.\n\nExperience\n• React + Node + TypeScript\n• Experience working in an agile development environment\n• AI integrating LLM services\n• Significant experience building scalable systems within a fast moving scaleup environment\n• Prior experience in a Startup, Scaleup would be advantageous\n• Bonus: Backend: Relational database, C++, Rust, Neo4j\n• A Computer Science or related degree\n\nSalary: GBP 43200 - 72000 per year",
