  "job_description": "Lead Developer, Full Stack Engineer, Azure, .NET, C#, React, LogicApps, Mainly Remote\n\nLead Developer required for a Professional Services business based in Central London. There will be a requirement to be present in the office circa twice a month. On the odd occasion it may be more than this…\n\nWe need someone with the following skills:\n• Strong Leadership where you have operated as a Lead Developer in a current of previous role\n• Solid Azure skills from a Development perspective. Previous candidates usually fall down on their lack of skills with LogicApps – this is essential\n• Good, hardened Full Stack Development skills within C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint\n• Acceptance that Development is now reliant on GenAI, using examples of where you have done this before and an appreciation of the pace it is moving\n• Someone who has experienced Greenfield Development – not all things developed will necessarily be rolled and delivered – you have to be prepared this may be the case on occasions\n• Excellent personality with a forward thinking approach, high energy and lots of enthusiasm\n• Proven experience with C-Suite Stakeholder Management\n\nIt will be a 2 stage interview process involving a Scenario and a Test. The Scenario will be ‘you have either done it or you haven’t – the use of GenAI for this would be forbidden! The Test will be over the course of a few days where GenAI is almost essential to use.
