You aren’t just writing code; you are shaping the architecture, performance, and user experience of products used by clients worldwide. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.\n\nCollaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement new features, resolve issues, and improve existing systems.\n\nPerformance & Security: Ensure applications are high-performing, secure, and reliable under real-world conditions.\n\nTechnical Leadership: Suggest improvements in architecture, frameworks, and development processes.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nExperience: 5+ years in full stack development, with proven experience in React and Node.js.\n\nPortfolio/Projects: Demonstrable projects or code samples showing full stack work, ideally including web applications with frontend and backend integration.\n\nTechnical Skills: Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.\n\nMindset: Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and eager to improve both code and team processes.\n\nCommunication: Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
