  "job_description": "Angular Developer\n\nLocation: Bristol (Hybrid)\n\nTech: Angular, PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript\n\nAbout the role\n\nWe're working with a market-leading organisation that's scaling rapidly and looking for an Angular Developer to take ownership of the development experience across web and mobile platforms.\n\nThis is a hands-on role combining strong front-end engineering with UI/UX ownership, alongside an understanding of back-end frameworks such as PHP. You'll work closely with product, QA and full-stack engineers to shape how products look, feel and behave.\n\nYou'll be delivery-focused, pragmatic, and confident making front-end and UX decisions while owning a modern Angular codebase within an Agile environment.\n\nResponsibilities\n• Building and maintaining responsive front-end applications using Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.\n• Owning UI/UX decisions across web and mobile platforms.\n• Collaborating with product, QA and full-stack developers to deliver high-quality features.\n• Ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code.\n• Contributing to front-end architecture and best practices.\n• Mentoring junior developers and supporting team development.\n\nRequirements\n• Strong experience with Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\n• Experience with PHP back-end development.\n• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centred design.\n• Experience working with Git and maintaining production codebases.\n• Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.\n• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.\n\nNice to have\n• Experience working in small teams or fast-scaling environments.\n• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems.\n• Experience integrating with APIs and back-end services.\n\nWhat's on offer\n• Competitive salary and benefits package.\n• Hybrid working with a mix of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.\n• Company-provided equipment.\n• Structured learning and development opportunities.\n• Support for sustainable commuting.\n• Regular team and wellbeing-focused social activities.\n\nPlease note, visa sponsorship is not available for this position and the above requirements are essential.
