—
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly scaling SaaS business, for multiple Full Stack Developers (junior to senior level, including a strong No.2 role) to help build and scale the backend of their systems. This is a backend-heavy role, but with opportunities to contribute across the stack. You’ll be building robust APIs, structuring databases, and working on applications that power solicitor workflows and CRM platforms. What you’ll do • Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring-based backend systems. • Architect and formally structure efficient, scalable databases. • Build APIs and integrations to power responsive web applications. • Work closely with front-end developers to deliver seamless features. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing applications. • Contribute to overall architecture, with one senior position acting as No.2 to the Head of Engineering. What we’re looking for • Strong experience with Java and Spring framework. • Solid understanding of relational database design and structure. • Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns and best practices. • Experience in full stack development (bonus: React or other front-end knowledge). • For senior role: proven track record of leading or mentoring junior developers. What’s on offer • Flexitime, start and finish time plus flexible lunch (take 30 mins and finish earlier) • In-house chef cooking fresh meals daily + Office drinks and snacks • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + yearly holiday allowance • Christmas shutdown + birthdays off • Bupa dental & medical after 1 year’s service • Annual bonus up to 10% (paid in 3 instalments: 7.5%, 7.5%, 5%) • Visa sponsorship (fast-track process) • Opportunity to work on meaningful applications in a collaborative environment.
