Experteer Overview In this role you guide automotive customers through complex HW/SW bring-up and problem-solving on multi-core MPU platforms. You work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, provide architectural guidance, and contribute to technical content. You shape product direction through customer feedback and internal expertise. You will mentor engineers and influence the Applications team while engaging in meaningful, hands-on technical work. Pay / Benefits • Serve as the primary technical interface to automotive customers across the product lifecycle • Diagnose and resolve complex HW/SW integration issues on multi-core MPU platforms (boot, drivers, memory subsystems, interconnects, performance) • Support customer platform development through debug sessions, design reviews, and best-practice recommendations • Drive cross-functional collaboration with silicon design, validation, systems, and software teams to unblock customers and feed insights into product development • Contribute to application notes, reference designs, training materials, and internal/external documentation • Mentor junior engineers and shape technical direction within the Applications team Tasks • Deep expertise in embedded Linux (kernel, drivers, Yocto, debugging) • Strong analytical skills for HW/SW system-level problem solving • Hands-on experience with multi-core SoCs, high-speed interfaces, and low-level software • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with customers • Ability to lead complex issues to closure across distributed teams Key requirements •
