  "job_description": "Electronics Engineer\n\nup to £45,000\n\nOn-site near by Wakefield with some hybrid working\n\nWe are looking for a Junior Electronics Engineer to join a global manufacturer that provides solutions to the oil & gas and defence sector on a permanent basis.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone to continue to develop and grow on their experience with progress into senior roles.\n\nYou will:\n• Work on the development of new products, including schematic design, component selection and PCB layout\n• Test new prototype products and develop test procedures\n• Provide engineering support to the production team\n• Work with external test labs on EMC and safety testing\n• Work on new and existing boards\n• Participate in global progress meetings for new designs\n\nYou'll bring:\n• A strong ability to communicate ideas and solutions to team members and management\n• Proactive and ability to work on own initiative\n• Experienced in designing digital electronics, including designs to meet compliance such as EMC and safety\n• Experience with new PCB design bring up\n• Ability to work in fast paced role with new and developing products\n• Experience of Altium software a plus\n\nYou'll be based on-site near Wakefield with some hybrid/home working and work closely alongside senior management with plenty of opportunities to advance your skill set and progress.\n\nIf you are interested in this Electronics Engineer role then please apply today!",
