  "job_description": "Job Summary:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in Python to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and leadership skills, enabling them to drive development projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate effectively across teams.
