We offer a competitive salary, modern surroundings, and great potential for career development.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n• Play a key role in enhancing and extending our core business systems, contributing solutions that improve performance, reliability and operational efficiency across the organisation;\n• Build and evolve web based components and integrations that drive automation, streamline workflows and support large scale transformation across the business;\n• Produce clear, maintainable documentation that supports the wider development lifecycle and operational processes;\n• Prepare accurate high level and detailed estimates to support planning and delivery activities;\n• Manage and progress multiple development tasks concurrently while maintaining quality and momentum;\n• Build strong knowledge of the systems and applications you support, enabling effective troubleshooting and enhancement across internal and external platforms;\n• Collaborate within a cross functional team to contribute to technical decisions and help shape solution design;\n• Adapt effectively to evolving business needs and changing processes, maintaining a proactive and solution focused approach.\n\nWhat you will bring to the role\n\nExperience and skills:\n• .NET / .NET Core (C#), ASP.NET Core, Web API, Azure Functions;\n• Blazor;\n• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server;\n• Advanced T SQL skills;\n• Ability to write clean, efficient, readable and well documented code;\n• Proven experience creating and implementing effective testing approaches;\n• Experience of using code repositories;\n• Skilled in optimising complex SQL statements for performance;\n• Familiar with profiling tools;\n• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success;\n• Previous experience of helping to deliver work items accurately and on time;\n• Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills;\n• A proven team player, who is able to support others and who can adapt to changing and conflicting priorities;\n• The ability to prioritise high volumes of responsibilities without delays in deliverables;\n• A confident and effective communicator who is proactive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude;\n• Strong attention to detail and willing to expand your skill set in order to overcome existing challenges.\n\nAdditional desirable skills:\n• Experience in the legal or professional services sector;\n• Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps;\n• Agile development principles;\n• Experience of using Continuous Integration;\n• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps pipelines;\n• Exposure to NetDocuments (integration and/or platform understanding).",
