  "job_description": "As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will streamline the software development lifecycle by automating workflows, managing infrastructure, and fostering strong collaboration between development and other teams. You will design, build, and operate scalable, highly available systems, optimize performance and costs, enhance security, and mentor junior engineers. In this role, you will also lead tool selection, design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure efficient, reliable, and secure deployments.\nJob Description Roles & Responsibilities\n• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management.\n• Design, develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.\n• Monitor software and system performance; troubleshoot issues, fix errors, and implement preventive measures to ensure smooth workflows.\n• Build and maintain automated processes to improve reliability and efficiency.\n• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across deployment pipelines.\n• Manage and optimize cloud environments (primarily AWS).\n• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).\n• Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalability, consistency, and efficiency.\n• Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).\n• Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to streamline operations and improve delivery.\n• Stay current with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and methodologies.\n• Ensure security and compliance across cloud and on-premises environments.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\n• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline\n• Relevant DevOps and cloud certifications (AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, etc.) are a plus\n• 10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or similar roles\n• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and management, including GitHub pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI (with .NET/C# and Visual Studio–based repositories)\n• Proven experience with cloud platforms, primarily AWS (Azure/GCP exposure is a plus)\n• Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)\n• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)\n• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, performance, and inventory monitoring tools\n• Good understanding of DevOps security practices, including static code analysis, SBOM generation, vulnerability scanning, and runtime security tools (e.g., Nessus)\n• Working knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi / vSphere)\n• Familiarity with Windows OS and Visual Studio development environments\n• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in global, fast-paced teams\n\nAdditional Information\n\nRelocation Assistance Provided: No",
