  "job_description": "Junior Mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer\n\nTrafford Park\n\nUp to 40k + Bonus\n\n23 days + Bank holidays Annual Leave\n\nChristmas shut down\n\nMonday to Friday 7am - 3pm\n\nA high volume manufacturer in Trafford park are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to minimise plant downtime, assist with projects and implement PPM/ Continuous improvement across their brand new, state of the art facility.\n\nReporting in to the newly appointed Senior Engineer, this position offers training and development from day one. This is a new position within a new site providing tonnes of future opportunities\n\nResponsibilities after training:\n• Carry out planned and reactive repairs to a variety equipment and mechanical systems\n• Carry out planned Maintenance activities.\n• Minimising downtime and contributing to the achievement of production targets\n• Supervision of outside contractors/service engineers and tradesmen as required\n• Management of small projects such as equipment installation or staff training\n• To develop and implement process improvements\n• Electrical fault finding/ repair on sensors, motors, panels, drives etc...\n\nAbout You\n• Time served Mechanical Engineer from a high volume, continuous production environment.\n• You will ideally have an electrical qualification and fault-finding experience however this isn't essential.\n• As the Mechanical Engineer you will be happy to work on your own or part of a team.
