In this role, you'll take ownership of complex frontend systems, collaborate closely with backend teams and product stakeholders, and drive technical excellence across our engineering organisation. You'll be responsible for architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring our platform meets both performance and regulatory compliance standards in the iGaming industry.\n\nJob Requirements:\n• Act as a knowledgeable point of contact.\n• Participate in architecture discussions with DevOps/Platform teams on deployment strategies, monitoring, and infrastructure\n• Partner with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and feasibility assessments\n• Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across the frontend team\n• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality across the codebase\n• Establish and expand comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) with meaningful test coverage.\n• Support when required to the contribution of developing a frontend for a new market leading modern platform.\n• Assist with test and debug new aspects of the build when needed.\n• Facilitate with install, test and debug plugins or services including SDKs and tracking solutions.\n\nEssential Skills:\n• Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js, including component architecture, hooks, and state management\n• Ability to produce pixel-perfect implementations from Figma designs using Tailwind CSS\n• Solid full-stack fluency: REST/GraphQL APIs, payment gateways, analytics integrations, and backend data models\n• Confident with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and complex branching strategies\n• Good grasp of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, SOLID principles, and testable, maintainable code\n• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern deployment/monitoring concepts\n• Experience in agile teams with strong written and verbal communication skills\n\nNice to haves:\n• iOS/Android development experience\n• Monorepo experience\n• Background in regulated or compliance-driven industries — iGaming experience is a genuine plus",
