  "job_description": "Technical Lead – Software Engineering\n\nHybrid\n\nWe’re looking for a Technical Lead to join a high-performing engineering team working on the re-architecture of a large-scale, business-critical platform.\n\nYou’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable systems, guiding technical direction and supporting a team of developers building modern solutions. The team works across Golang, React, Cloud platforms, Kafka, SQL, .NET and TypeScript in a fast-paced agile environment.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, helping shape architecture and best practices across the platform.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n• Strong experience in backend or full-stack development\n• Experience leading or mentoring engineers\n• Knowledge of technologies such as Golang, .NET, TypeScript, SQL or Kafka (or similar)\n• Passion for scalable architecture and clean engineering practices\n• Ability to communicate technical concepts across teams\n\nWhat you’ll do\n• Lead technical design and architecture for scalable systems\n• Guide and mentor developers within the team\n• Build and enhance high-performance, enterprise-level platforms\n• Collaborate with product, testing and engineering teams\n• Contribute to technical strategy and solution planning\n\nIf you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while helping engineers grow, we’d love to hear from you.",
