Your tasks About the Team You can expect to work in a self-directed team. You’ll be on a team with five other people, including backend and infrastructure engineers. The members of our team are given autonomy and responsibility. Everyone is expected to be involved in research, gathering feedback, proposing ideas, building solutions, prioritisation, and impact evaluation. In this role you will... • Build core services and packages • Optimise for performance in a large-scale distributed system • Provide a great experience for developers • Help maintain a reliable hybrid infrastructure • Work in a self-directed team You will be a great fit if... • You have proven experience of building software with Go. Experience or an interest in working with developer platforms, CI/CD, orchestration, distributed systems, or developer experience is a plus. • You’re driven by adding value. You recognise opportunities and take them instead of waiting for them to be given.
