  "job_description": "Mission Overview\n\nWithin a Cloud Services division, we are looking for an Experienced Developer / DevOps Engineer to redevelop an internal tool using modern technologies.\n\nThe objective is to build a robust and maintainable application capable of calculating technical infrastructure costs based on operational units of work.\n\nThe mission focuses on modernizing an existing tool, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and alignment with internal development standards.\n\nResponsibilities\n• Redesign and redevelop a modern application used to calculate technical infrastructure costs.\n• Design a robust, maintainable, and scalable architecture.\n• Develop APIs and backend services using Python.\n• Ensure the application follows best development practices (unit testing, version control, code reviews).\n• Design the tool to allow parameter updates without service downtime.\n• Implement testing, monitoring, and configuration management mechanisms.\n• Produce functional and technical documentation.\n• Support user training and knowledge transfer.\n• Collaborate with IT, finance, architecture, and operations teams.\n• Provide weekly progress updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills\n• Strong experience as Developer / DevOps Engineer\n• Python development\n• API development\n• Software engineering best practices: Unit testing, Version control, Code reviews\n• Functional analysis and ability to write functional specifications\n• Understanding of CMDB environments\n• Basic understanding of financial concepts (costs, budgets, chargeback models)\n\nDeliverables\n• Functional and technical specifications\n• API mockups and documentation\n• Application prototypes and iterative releases\n• User documentation and maintenance guide\n• Weekly progress reports\n\nWorking Environment\n• Regular interaction with internal teams including ITSM, finance, architecture, and operations\n• Participation in stakeholder meetings in French and English\n• Compliance with internal security, quality, and development standards",
