  "job_description": "Principal Software Engineer – C# / .NET\n\n📍 Cambridge (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week)\n\nAn established industrial software company based in Cambridge is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to help drive the development of high-performance backend systems used across advanced engineering and industrial environments.\n\nThis is a senior technical role where you’ll combine hands-on development with architectural leadership, shaping the next generation of scalable software platforms while mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Principal Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of robust backend systems powering complex industrial applications.
