  "job_description": "Experteer Overview\nIn this role you will build and optimize high-throughput backend services for microsecond-scale risk, pricing, trading engines, and market-making systems using Rust. You will work with a compact, skilled team to tackle complex, performance-critical problems and influence systems that operate at crypto market scale. The position combines hands-on development with collaboration across the full software lifecycle in a fast-paced finance environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to state-of-the-art low-latency technology and career growth in a profitable HFT setting.\n\nPay / Benefits\n• Design and develop high-throughput backend services for risk, pricing, trading engines and market making systems\n• Build and maintain microsecond real-time components using Rust\n• Collaborate with a small cross-functional team across the full software development lifecycle\n• Problem solve complex systems and optimize performance under strict latency requirements\n\nTasks\n• commercial Rust development experience\n• strong backend OOP, multithreaded software engineering experience (C++, Java, Python)\n• experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems in a finance or games environment\n• understanding of low-level system design, operating systems, networking, socket programming, hardware, compilers, FPGA\n• degree in Computer Science (2.1 or above) from a top-tier university\n• collaborative with stakeholder management skills; leadership or mentoring experience\n\nKey requirements\n• Salary to 180k+\n• Bonus up to 50% of base\n• Pension\n• Hybrid working\n• Career progression",
