  "job_description": "PowerApps Developer\n\nLocation: London (On Site)\n\n65K + Bonus + Benefits\n\nWe are looking for acPowerApps developer to join a specity Insurance busiensss that provides a full wrap-around support model, delivering best-in-class services across executive management, consultancy, finance, compliance, and IT.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a PowerApps Developer looking to fast-track their career within an ambitious, high-growth organisation. You will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Power Platform solutions that streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency by translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT management to gather and analyse requirements, reviewing system flows, data usage, and work processes\n• Design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and data integrations\n• Test, troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications and automations to improve reliability and user experience\n• Produce clear documentation, including process flows, diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications\n• Deliver user training and ongoing support, including onboarding users to newly developed solutions\n• Support additional tasks as required by your line manager, aligned to the role and business needs\n\nTechnology Environment\n• Fully cloud-based environment for scalability and flexibility\n• Azure SQL data warehouse integrating third-party and in-house applications\n• Power Platform and Excel as core reporting and automation tools\n• Future integrations may include Python, GIS, and advanced data analysis\n• Strong focus on adopting new technologies to drive automation and efficiency\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\n• Degree (minimum 2:1) in a numerate subject\n• 2+ years’ hands-on experience developing Power Apps with multiple workflows\n• Strong SQL skills (SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY, stored procedures, views)\n• Experience with Power Automate\n• Exposure to CI/CD deployment pipelines\n• Strong analytical and reporting capability\n• Comfortable managing multiple priorities\n• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\n• Able to deliver accurate solutions from detailed specifications\n\n60K + Bonus + Benefits\n\nSound Good?\n\nApply Now!!",
