  "job_description": "We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Tester to join a growing technology team delivering intelligent, AI-driven solutions within a secure environment. This role is focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, safety, and performance of AI-powered agents across a range of user interactions and business workflows. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to validate behaviour, test conversational flows, and continuously improve overall system performance. The Role Testing & Quality AssuranceDesign, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and test casesPerform manual and automated testing across conversational journeys, integrations, APIs, and user interfacesValidate response accuracy, intent recognition, business rule adherence, and system behaviourConduct regression testing following updates, configuration changes, or retraining cyclesTest across multiple user channels (web, mobile, internal systems, chat interfaces)Defect Identification & ResolutionLog clear, reproducible defects with detailed supporting informationCollaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixesIdentify edge cases, gaps in requirements, and potential failure pointsPerformance & AnalysisAnalyse interaction logs to detect inconsistencies, misclassifications, and optimisation opportunitiesMonitor key metrics such as response accuracy, latency, escalation rates, and user experience indicatorsProvide feedback to improve training data, prompts, and configurationCompliance & AssuranceEnsure solutions meet organisational security, data handling, and responsible AI standardsValidate that responses adhere to safety guardrails and compliance requirementsSupport documentation and audit readiness processesRequired ExperienceProven experience in software testing, QA, or AI/conversational system testingStrong understanding of functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing methodologiesExperience testing APIs, integrations, and JSON-based payloadsFamiliarity with automation tools and testing frameworksUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts, LLM-based systems, or chatbot technologiesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience working within agile delivery environmentsExperience with Salesforce AgentForceDesirableExperience testing AI agent or conversational platformsExposure to prompt engineering, NLP, or training data optimisationExperience working in secure or regulated environmentsSecurity Requirements Security Clearance is required for this role.
