You’re energised by emerging technologies and you believe in building things that last — and teaching others to do the same.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nPrototype & Implement Solutions\n• Partner with Product, Delivery, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify, design and deliver practical automation workflows.\n• Build end-to-end prototypes using a mix of SaaS platforms, internal tools, APIs, and AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, n8n).\n• Own technical delivery from ideation to execution: ensuring scalability, maintainability, and measurable value.\n• Apply low-code/no-code and AI-assisted development techniques to move quickly and iterate effectively.\n\nDrive AI & Automation Strategy\n• Champion the strategic adoption of automation and AI technologies throughout Omaze.\n• Stay ahead of emerging trends and identify high-impact use cases across the business.\n• Lead feasibility assessments and experimentation, validating the potential of new technologies before broader deployment.\n\nEnable Team Capabilities\n• Create and facilitate hands-on training, bootcamps, and enablement sessions for internal teams.\n• Equip non-technical users with the skills and confidence to engage with automation tools and platforms.\n• Develop internal documentation, guides, and reusable templates to support ongoing team adoption.\n\nPromote a Culture of Innovation\n• Foster a mindset of experimentation and creative problem-solving across teams.\n• Advocate for continuous improvement by highlighting successful use cases and encouraging team contributions to the automation roadmap.\n\nSkills & Experience\n• Experience in system engineering, software engineering, or technical operations - ideally in fast-growing companies.\n• Experience with Python, including building and deploying enterprise-grade solutions.
