In this exciting position, you'll take on the responsibilities of an AI engineer, data scientist, and software developer. You will be instrumental in crafting and improving innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance product functionality and user experience. Work with a talented team to develop user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end services. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain autonomous systems and intelligent workflows. • Develop and integrate cutting-edge AI models into production-quality applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver innovative AI solutions. • Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and automate tasks effectively. • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code to support AI objectives. • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot the performance of AI systems deployed in production. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic architectures. Minimum Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, with at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering. • OR a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering. • Note: GE Aerospace does not sponsor employment visas for this position. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • A valid LinkedIn profile is required. • Experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong AI/ML background. • Familiarity with AWS tools to design and implement AI-driven systems. • Ability to build data pipelines for training, evaluation, and review of models. • Strong software development skills in Python, with experience using JupyterHub, GitHub, Visual Studio, etc. • Exposure to designing and building intelligent workflows or multi-agent systems. • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar. • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering techniques. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Proven ability to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges. • Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML techniques to real-world scenarios. • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and provide technical support.
