  "job_description": "Power BI & Analytics Lead - Ware - £65,000 to £70,000 per year - Hybrid 3 days per week on-site\n\nFryerMiles are delighted to be working with an award-winning MSP company to assist with their recruitment of a Power Bi & Analytics Lead based in Ware.\n\nKey Responsibilities include:\n• Act as the owner of business reporting across the organisation\n• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports issued by the leadership teams\n• Maintain clear definitions for key business metrics and KPIs\n• Translate complex data into clear practical business insight\n• Work closely with stakeholders across different teams to understand reporting needs\n• Communicate confidently with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders\n• Act as the main point of ownership for reporting across the organisation\n• Collaborate with system owners and technical teams to implement more complex system changes.\n\nRequirements:\n• Recent 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role, within an MSP\n• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM\n• Solid understanding with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard development\n• Excellent stakeholder management and engaging with C-suite stakeholders\n• Microsoft certifications in either of the below - Microsoft Power BI data Analyst (PL-300, PL-200,PL-100)\n• Understanding of Azure data services or modern data platforms\n• Experience in SQL and Data Modelling\n• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude willing to learn\n• Ability to be flexible and work to changing priorities\n\nPower BI & Analytics Lead - Ware - £65,000 to £70,000 per year - Hybrid 3 days per week on-site",
