This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to develop insightful dashboards, maintain data models, and streamline reporting workflows across Power BI and related systems.\n\nHybrid Work arrangement: 3 days from the London Office, 2 day's remote from home.\n\nWhat you'll be doing as our Business Analyst:\n• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for FP&A and wider business stakeholders.\n• Build and optimise data models using DAX and Power Query (M code).\n• Support monthly reporting cycles through automation of recurring reporting packs and datasets.\n• Assist in building scalable data solutions that reduce manual processes and improve data quality.\n• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.\n• Support ad-hoc analysis and insight generation for senior leadership.\nWhat we're looking for in our Business Analyst:\n• Previous hands-on Power BI experience.\n• Strong proficiency in DAX for data modelling and analytical calculations.\n• Good working knowledge of Power Query (M code).\n• Basic SQL knowledge (writing simple queries, joining tables, filtering datasets).\n• Solid Excel understanding (including Power Query, pivot tables, formulas).\n• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.\nDesirable Experience\n• Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting or forecasting.\n• Experience connecting Power BI to SQL databases, cloud data sources, or financial systems.\nIf you feel you have the required skills and experience, click apply now to be considered as our Business Analyst (Power BI Specialist)- we'd love to hear from you!",
