  "job_description": "Job title: Business Analyst – Logistics | SAP S4 HANA & ECC | UK-based\n\nLocation: Woking, Surrey – Up to 3 Days a Week Onsite\n\nSalary: £50-80K + up to 20% Bonus + Benefits\n\nWe’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing FMCG organisation looking for a Business Analyst – Logistics to join their Technology function. This is a hands-on role driving logistics, warehouse management, and 3PL integration projects across SAP S4 HANA and ECC systems.\n\nYou’ll be part of a dynamic team, working across strategic and operational initiatives, translating business requirements into functional specifications, implementing improvements, and training key users. This role is perfect if you thrive in a pan-European environment, collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party IT providers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Lead requirements gathering, functional specs, and test plans for logistics and warehouse projects\n• Support SAP S4 HANA and ECC systems, including 3PL integration and BAU initiatives\n• Collaborate with business units and IT providers to implement solutions\n• Analyse and improve business processes, recommending system enhancements\n• Participate in user acceptance testing, incident resolution, and training\n\nSkills & Experience:\n• 5+ years in Business Analysis, including Agile and Waterfall projects\n• Strong experience in logistics, warehouse management, S4 HANA/ECC, and 3PL integrations\n• Experience managing third-party IT providers and SAP service delivery\n• Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills\n• FMCG, EWM, IM, Finance, or EDI experience is a bonus\n\nThis is an exciting chance to work on transformative IT initiatives in a high-growth organisation with real career progression.\n\nInterested?
