  "job_description": "IBA Business Analyst | Insurance/ London Market | London | Hybrid | £750/day (Inside IR35) | 12 Months Contract | Finance BA | Insurance Broker Accounting |\n\nOur client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with solid Insurance Broker Accounting (IBA) knowledge to join their dynamic and collaborative team.\n\nRequired Key Skills & Experience:\n\nStrong understanding of IBA (Insurance Broker Accounting) processes\n\nExperience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for change initiatives across underwriting, finance, and operational areas.\n\nMap and improve existing processes, with a strong focus on financial operations and IBA workflows.\n\nProduce high‑quality documentation including user stories, process maps, functional specs, and training material.\n\nStakeholder management and communication\n\nPrevious experience as a Business Analyst within London Market insurance is advantageous.\n\nLocation: London\n\nHybrid: 2 days per week in the office / 3 days working from home\n\nContract: 12 Months\n\nRate: £750/d Inside IR35 (Via umbrella)\n\nIf you're an experienced Business Analyst with solid IBA knowledge and a passion for delivering impactful change, we'd love to hear from you.
