My client in the Insurance industry is looking for an IT Business Analyst (CRM Focus) to play a key role in shaping and enhancing our CRM capabilities across the organisation.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional teams, influence how they serve customers, and help deliver a CRM experience that truly adds value.\nAbout the Role\n\nAs the CRM-focused Business Analyst, you'll be the vital link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
