  "job_description": "Project description\n\nLuxoft DXC Technology Company is an established company focusing on consulting and implementation of complex projects in the financial and Insurance industry.\nTogether with the customer, we deliver top performance!\nFor one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Insurance background\nThe role requires a highly capable BA who can operate within large-scale transformation programmes, supporting operating model evolution, cloud migration, and complex business change.\n\nResponsibilities\n• Lead analysis activities supporting the transition from Current Operating Model to Future State Operating Model\n• Design, assess, and optimise IT Target Operating Models (TOMs), including operating structures, governance, and process frameworks\n• Define and facilitate structured decision-making processes to enable alignment across business and technology stakeholders\n• Conduct end-to-end process mapping, analysis, and optimisation across business and IT domains\n• Produce high-quality visual artefacts (process maps, operating models, capability maps, decision trees) using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart\n• Support cloud migration initiatives, including data centre migration from on-premise environments to AWS\n• Analyse technical dependencies across infrastructure, applications, and business processes\n• Perform data analysis activities including data cleaning, shaping, and combining datasets to generate meaningful MI and dashboards\n• Contribute to risk identification, assessment, and design of effective risk controls\n• Drive stakeholder alignment, manage competing priorities, and secure key decisions within complex programme environments\n\nSKILLS\n\nMust have\n• Strong Business Analysis background within large-scale transformation programmes\nCloud migration experience, ideally involving on-premise to AWS transitions\n• Proven experience working with IT Target Operating Models (TOMs)\n• Demonstrated ability to guide operating model transitions and organisational change\n• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills\n• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work through complex problems\n• Proactive self-starter with strong ownership and delivery focus\n• Solid understanding of risk management principles\n\nNice to have\n\n• Hands-on experience with data centre migrations (on-premise to AWS Cloud)\n• Background in infrastructure environments (both on-prem and AWS)\n• Experience delivering people, process, technology, and cultural change across IT “Change” and “Run” functions\n• Experience within Life Insurance and Protection domain (desirable but not essential)",
