  "job_description": "1 Opening\n\nLONDON\n\nRole description\n\nRole : Junior Business Analyst - Asset / Wealth management\n\nLocation: London\n\n3-4 days work from client office in Central London\n\nPermanent role\n\nCandidates with full right to work authorization in the UK preferred\n\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements\n• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from front office, middle office, and back office stakeholders.\n• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.\n• Support workflow mapping, gap analysis, and process optimisation initiatives.\n\nInvestment Operations Support\n• Assist in analysing trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and corporate actions.\n• Support operational teams in identifying issues, root causes, and opportunities for automation.\n\nFront Office & Portfolio Management Support\n• Work with portfolio managers and traders to understand investment workflows, order management processes, and data needs.\n• Assist in enhancements to OMS/PMS platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, SimCorp Dimension).\n\nProject & Change Delivery\n• Contribute to project planning, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and implementation activities.\n• Prepare documentation including BRDs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.\n• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies.\n\nData & Reporting\n• Support data quality initiatives across pricing, positions, transactions, benchmarks, and client reporting.\n• Assist in producing MI dashboards and operational KPIs.\n\nEssential\n• 1-3 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, or investment operations.\n• Understanding of front office (trading, portfolio management) and/or back office (settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions) processes.\n• Familiarity with the trade lifecycle and investment products (equities, fixed income, funds, derivatives).\n• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.\n• Ability to document processes, requirements, and workflows clearly.\n• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.\n\nNice to Have\n• Experience with OMS/PMS platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM).\n• Exposure to Agile delivery (user stories, sprint ceremonies).\n• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, EMIR, UCITS, ESG reporting).\n• Interest in data, automation, and digital transformation.\n\nwith your updated CV for an immediate discussion\n\n#UST\n\nSkills\n\nbusiness analysis,business requirements,project planning,process optimization,\n\nAbout UST\n\nUST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
