  "job_description": "We are working with a well established engineering group seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to support the continued development of their core operational and customer facing systems.\n\nThis is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, where you will be actively building, improving and maintaining live systems used across the business.\n\nThe role would suit a senior developer who enjoys staying close to the code, while supporting and mentoring a junior developer.\n\nYou will contribute directly to customer portals, APIs and IoT integrations while contributing to technical decisions and supporting development best practice within the team.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n• Design, develop and deploy scalable web applications across frontend and backend environments using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.\n• Build and enhance customer facing portals including dashboards, mapping functionality, role based access control and IoT integrations.\n• Develop, maintain and optimise RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support internal systems and third party services.\n• Support the adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices including CI and CD pipelines, monitoring and automated deployments.\n• Provide technical guidance to junior developers through code reviews, mentoring and day to day collaboration.\n• Contribute to technical improvements and the ongoing evolution of the existing platform.\n• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure software solutions align with operational and commercial requirements.\n• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nSkills and Experience Required\n• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong capability across backend development using .NET and C#.\n• Experience with frontend development using ReactJS.\n• Experience working with cloud platforms, with Azure strongly preferred.\n• Strong background designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.\n• Good understanding of data modelling and experience working with SQL, NoSQL or similar database technologies.\n• Demonstrable experience working with DevOps pipelines, CI and CD processes and automated testing.\n• Solid understanding of secure coding practices, authentication methods such as OAuth2, and role based access control.\n• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex tasks.\n• Confident communicator able to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.\n• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is desirable.\n• Exposure to React Native, Terraform or IoT technologies such as MQTT, Modbus TCP IP or Azure IoT Hub would be advantageous.\n\nSummary\n\nPosition: Fullstack Developer\n\nLocation: Chandlers Ford\n\nDuration: Permanent\n\nSalary: £55,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits\n\nStart: Notice dependent\n\nThis is a strong opportunity for an experienced Fullstack Developer to take on a meaningful role within a growing engineering led organisation, working on modern platforms with real world operational impact.\n\nApply now or contact the Kiota team for more details.",
