Your role in the team is highly valued, and you'll be a key player in ensuring the success of our projects.\nWe define our Lead role as someone who is able to confidently champion technical improvements, sets the bar high for best engineering practices and takes responsibility for the overall success of the project for the client and CreateFuture.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nFull-Stack Development: Design, develop, and test both frontend and backend components using a combination of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Java.\nBackend Development: Building robust and efficient backend systems using Java, RESTful APIs, and database technologies.\nFrontend Development: You'll also bring front-end development experience with excellent knowledge of JavaScript and modern Single Page App frameworks (React, , Angular, Svelte etc.)\nTechnical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge and promote software engineering best practices at all times. You will also lead the technical direction on your client project and ensure that your solutions are well understood and implemented.\nProblem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.\nCollaboration: Work closely with the full project team (including BAs, QAs and members of the client team) to provide the best solutions to our clients\nContinuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.\nWe'd Love To Talk If You Have:\nCommercial experience with one or more technical stacks: Java, .NET, Typescript (Backend/Frontend), Automation, or Mobile (native and/or cross-platform)\nSkilled at using modern cloud infrastructure, experienced when it comes to deploying and hosting applications on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.\nYou actively facilitate and encourage knowledge sharing within your client team, as well as the wider Engineering department.\nYou advocate for best engineering practices such as: code reviews, paired programming and automated tests.\nNice to have\nYou are familiar with the concept of DevOps and CI-CD\nExperience of using tools and applications such as: K8s, Docker, Terraform, Splunk, Chef, Puppet or Grafana\nWhat We'll Offer You:\nAt CreateFuture, we challenge ourselves to go beyond the obvious and we care deeply about our craft and customers.
