  "job_description": "Salary: £160,000 base + ~£75,000 bonus\n\nSummary:\n\nOne of the world's most prestigious multi-strategy funds is looking for an experienced software developer to join as a Senior Technical Lead, responsible for end-to-end development and maintenance.\n\nA global, yet very hands-on Tech Lead position, the successful candidate will cover both backend and frontend UI aspects for this greenfield initiative. You'll architect, design and develop interfaces for the OMS/EMS software, ensuring seamless user interaction/experience, as well as scalability and performance.\n\nFantastic team leadership skills are crucial to be successful in this role, as is the ability to work independently with huge amounts of autonomy and project ownership.\n\nThis role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build industry-leading technology, drive innovation, and influence the company direction.
