Our structured two-year program features multiple rotations, providing a nurturing environment for growth and development. You’ll have the chance to contribute to various exciting projects and day-to-day operations, working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.\n\nYou will support the planning, scoping, and delivery of overhead construction and network projects, gaining valuable exposure to both field and office-based operations. You will assist with coordinating materials and subcontractors, preparing and managing project documentation, and supporting the safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of planned and emergency works.
