About the role: We are thrilled to offer multiple exciting opportunities for Graduate Engineers to join our team supporting our Tasmanian team. Our structured two-year program features multiple rotations, providing a nurturing environment for growth and development. You’ll have the chance to contribute to various exciting projects and day-to-day operations, working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact. You will support the planning, scoping, and delivery of overhead construction and network projects, gaining valuable exposure to both field and office-based operations. You will assist with coordinating materials and subcontractors, preparing and managing project documentation, and supporting the safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of planned and emergency works. With strong mentorship and structured development, this role will help you build capability in project delivery, safety leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness—laying the foundation for a successful and rewarding career.
