In this role, you will support, train, and install a range of 3D Scanning, Additive Manufacturing, and Desktop Manufacturing systems across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with our sales teams, you will deliver expert product demonstrations and provide technical insights that help clients understand the value and capabilities of our technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTo become part of our high calibre technical team we are seeking exceptional individuals with the drive and commitment to go the extra mile and who can demonstrate the following:\n\n• Understand, troubleshoot, and present effective solutions to engineering and manufacturing challenges\n\n• Deliver high‑quality training and technical support to both new and advanced users of our technologies\n\n• Assist with servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance of equipment both on‑site and off‑site\n\n• Support existing customers to ensure successful deployment and optimisation of their systems\n\n• Deliver customer sample parts and service jobs promptly, ensuring accuracy, quality, and attention to detail\n\n• Work collaboratively as part of a small, high‑performing technical team\n\n• Travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally abroad as required (full UK driving licence required)\n\n• Represent TriMech professionally at client meetings, demonstrations, and industry events\n\n• Collaborate closely with sales and logistics teams to provide technical insight\n\n• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards\n\n• Work with the marketing team to support promotional activities, events, and case studies showcasing customer success\n\nLocation & Hours\n\n• Onsite, Leamington Spa – UK Headquarters\n\n• 9am – 5:30pm, Monday - Friday\n\n• Free on-site parking\n\n• UK-based with flexibility for national travel (UK driving licence is required)\n\n• Travel may account for approximately 30–50% of the role\n\nEducation\n\nDegree (or equivalent experience) in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or similar.\n\nExperience\n\nPrevious experience or strong familiarity with a range of Additive Manufacturing technologies & 3D Scanning is highly advantageous. Competency with CAD software and the ability to understand and interpret engineering data are essential. You should demonstrate a strong customer focus, excellent communication & presentation skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, product development, or technical support - particularly within fast‑paced, technology‑driven environments is beneficial. Exposure to Metrology, CNC machining, or digital manufacturing workflows will further strengthen your application.\n\nWe are looking for individuals who can think laterally, adapt quickly, and operate confidently within a dynamic and challenging environment.
