  "job_description": "Technical Solutions Engineer / Integration Specialist – FinTech SaaS Platform (Python scripting/coding essential)\n\nLocation: Fully Remote\n\nSalary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits\n\nType: Permanent, Full-Time\n\nWe’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Technical Solutions Engineer / Integration Specialist to join a profitable and rapidly growing FinTech company that builds cutting-edge trading and analytics solutions for institutional clients.\n\nThis is a client-facing, technically challenging role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, scripting, and working across integrations and APIs in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful client onboarding and long-term integration success across my client's trading platform.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n• Lead technical onboarding and integration for new clients, configuring their trading platform to work seamlessly with client systems and trading venues.\n• Manage and deliver custom integrations, gathering requirements, liaising between clients and internal teams, and supporting implementation.\n• Provide technical support for live clients — troubleshooting application, API, and database issues using logs and SQL queries.\n• Execute SQL queries, perform configuration updates, and analyse system logs to identify and resolve production issues.\n• Own client deliverables end-to-end, ensuring timely communication, delivery, and client satisfaction.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nTechnical Skills\n• Strong scripting experience in Python\n• Proficient in SQL (joins, aggregations, and complex queries)\n• Solid understanding of APIs (REST/gRPC) and system integrations\n• Skilled in technical troubleshooting and log analysis\n\nSoft Skills\n• Excellent written and verbal communication\n• Strong time and task management skills\n• Proactive, curious, and able to work independently\n• Knows when to seek help and escalate appropriately\n\nExperience\n• 2+ years in a related technical role (e.g., DevOps, Technical Support, Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or SDET)\n• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field)\n\nNice to Have\n• Experience in FinTech, trading, or capital markets\n• Familiarity with C# or Java\n• Experience with PowerShell or basic server administration\n• Background in a startup or scale-up environment\n• Previous client-facing technical experience\n\nWhy Join?\n\nYou’ll be part of a small, dynamic team where your ideas and input make a direct impact.
