This research has produced nine Nobel Prizes, five Turing Awards and numerous other awards.\n\nNokia Bell Labs is building the future of human experience and our interns will have the opportunity to learn from and work with industry leading experts, who solve the most formidable challenges confronting our world through disruptive innovation and research.\n\nHow You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn\n• Contribute to a Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) platform, which supports state-of-the-art training and inference features with a focus on sustainable MLOps practices\n• Contribute to a GenAI and AI/ML systems.\n• Design and implement research ideas in the field of AI/ML\n• Work on developing solutions using Deep NN, Reinforcement Learning, Speed up learning approaches, etc.\n• Work with different platforms and Proof of Concepts to validate the contributed / proposed solutions\n• Build a framework combining concepts in autonomous agents and decentralized systems\n• Work on the Auction based network selection approaches\n• Explore and get familiar with various open-source software libraries.\n\nKey Skills And Experience\n\nMust have:\n• Student enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science/Engineering.\n• Good knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.\n• Hands-on experience with transformer architecture\n• Good programming skills in Python\n• Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating distributed systems is a big plus.\n• Language skills: English\n\nNice to have:\n• Experience with Deep Neural Network (DNN) interpretability and reliability engineering.\n• Good knowledge of Deep Reinforcement Learning.\n• Familiarity with finetuning and alignment of open-weight models is a plus\n• Good knowledge of distributed systems is a plus\n• A strong publication record is a plus\n\nLocation: Stuttgart (Germany)\n\nAbout Us\n\nAdvancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.\n\nNokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era.
