The role will involve quickly building and evolving areas of the platform, with a focus on customer success. This role is central to enhancing platform adoption, and to this end, the first few months will be spent working closely with schools to help onboard, train and increase adoption. The role comes with a high degree of ownership and will be rewarding for an individual who can proactively apply their technical prowess to adapt our platform to help customers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Pursue excellence in rapid product development: Use all means at your disposal to write excellent code and increase value for the teachers, parents and students using the platform.\n• Pursue excellence in customer success: During the initial 3-month period, proactively increase platform adoption and engagement, ensuring customers fully leverage it to manage their school.
