  "job_description": "We are seeking a Junior Systems Developer to support the ongoing development, integration and optimisation of core business platforms, including ERP, integration middleware and ecommerce systems for a retail client of ours in Yorkshire\n\nThis is a hands-on technical role, working closely with a Lead Systems Developer and cross-functional technology teams. The position is ideal for someone early in their ERP development career who is keen to grow their technical skills within a fast-paced digital environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nERP Development & Configuration\n• Support development and configuration of the ERP platform in line with requirements\n• Assist with workflows, scripts, records and reporting enhancements\n• Diagnose and resolve system issues and data inconsistencies\n\nIntegration Support\n• Assist in building and maintaining integrations between ERP and connected platforms\n• Monitor integration flows and investigate errors\n• Help ensure accurate and reliable data movement across systems\n\nCollaboration & Delivery\n• Work alongside technical and business teams to deliver solutions\n• Support testing, validation and deployment activities\n• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives\n\nDocumentation & Support\n• Maintain clear technical documentation\n• Support ongoing platform optimisation and enhancements\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nEssential\n• Experience working with ERP systems\n• Understanding of integrations and data flows\n• Logical, detail-oriented approach to problem solving\n• Strong willingness to learn and develop\n\nDesirable\n• Exposure to integration platforms (iPaaS)\n• Basic scripting or technical configuration experience\n• Experience in retail or ecommerce environments\n• Rates depend on experience and client requirements",
