What will help you stand out • Experience developing products for professional teams or licensed sports. • Knowledge of performance fabrics, trims, and embellishment techniques. • Familiarity with 3D tools or digital product creation workflows. • A portfolio showing technical problem‑solving and product ownership. What success looks like • In your first 3 months, you’ll be confidently supporting the development of multiple products and learning Reebok’s processes, tools, and standards. • By 6 months, you’ll be independently managing product categories, contributing ideas in design reviews, and building strong relationships with suppliers. • Over time, you’ll take on more complex projects, develop deeper technical expertise, and progress toward senior product developer responsibilities. About the team You’ll join a collaborative, experienced product creation team known for delivering high‑quality performance apparel to elite athletes and professional clubs. The environment is hands‑on, supportive, and fast‑paced, giving you the space to learn from specialists in design, development, materials, and manufacturing while contributing to products seen on pitches and courts around the world.
