  "job_description": "Data Technical Lead – Leeds – up to £100K plus benefits (Hybrid working)\n\nChange Digital are delighted to be working with our client to recruit an experienced Technical Lead – Data. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing Data Engineering team while owning a strategic data roadmap within a forward-thinking organisation.\n\nThe Role\n• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Engineers\n• Own and drive the data engineering roadmap\n• Act as the technical authority for data architecture and design\n• Deliver scalable, secure AWS-based data platforms (Lakehouse)\n• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and the wider business\n\nKey Skills\n• Proven leadership experience within Data Engineering teams\n• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS (Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, Step Functions)\n• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Terraform and Git\n• Experience delivering complex data solutions and influencing stakeholders\n• Strong understanding of data pipelines, testing, monitoring and data quality\n\nDesirable: Data migrations, modern architectures (Lakehouse/serverless), CI/CD & DevOps and regulated environments.\n\nThis is a key opportunity to shape data strategy, architecture, and engineering best practices while driving impactful transformation initiatives.\n\nThis role is urgent in nature so please email your CV to mitesh.fatnani@change-digital.co.uk or call 077 375 38 248 for more information.",
