The Silicon Verification Lead is responsible for verification activities within Graphcore, helping the team meet the company objectives for quality silicon delivery.\n\nResponsibilities\n• Verification planning, specification and closure of functional coverage\n• Providing feedback to architects\n• Test generation and failure diagnosis/triage\n• Contributing to shared verification infrastructure\n• Ensuring good communication between sites\n\nEssential Skills\n• Verification experience in relevant industry\n• Proven leadership and planning skills\n• Highly motivated, a self starter, and a team player\n• Ability to work across teams and programming languages to find root causes of deep and complex issues\n• Experience of the verification process applied in CPU and/or ASIC environments\n• System Verilog, Python, C++, Linux\n\nDesirable Skills\n• UVM\n• SVA\n• Assembly languages\n• LLVM, GCC\n• DVCS e.g. Git\n• SGE or other DRMS\n• XML and XPath/XSLT\n• Web programming – HTML/DOM, Javascript, SQL\n\nBenefits\n\nIn addition to a competitive salary, Graphcore offers flexible working, a generous annual leave policy, private medical insurance and health cash plan, a dental plan, pension (matched up to 5%), life assurance and income protection.
