  "job_description": "Professional Services Engineer\n\nResponsible for leading, scoping, building and supporting a wide range of technical infrastructure projects, both client facing and internal. Working with a multitude of clients and internal systems and applications, on-premise, in our own cloud environment and within public cloud services to provide outstanding service and solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Scope, design and deliver technical projects following best practice methods and within defined timeframes.\n• Advise on infrastructure improvements that you identify within client environments to Client Success Managers for consideration.\n• Communicate with clients, end users and 3rd parties via telephone, e-mail and remote support tools to deliver projects and provide regular updates both internally and to the client.\n• Work as a team with other members of the Professional Services team to resolve client issues and take full ownership of any project issues that are escalated to you through to their completion.\n• Partake in out of hours emergency support/be available out of hours.\n• Complete full documentation of client and internal systems to the required standard.\n• Management of your own time and delivery of project work to agreed budget and time.\n• Complete additional research when faced with unfamiliar technologies to resolve client issues in a timely manner.\n• Strive for continuous improvement in everything you do.\n• Any other duties required.\n\nEssential Skills\n• Outstanding organisational, communication and customer service skills\n• 3+ Years working in a similar role within an MSP environment\n• Azure Intune Modern Workplace\n• Networking On-prem (Firewalls, switches, routers)\n• Wintel support\n• Clean UK Driving license and own car willing to travel to client site\n\nThis role is suitable for someone who\n• Is driven, flexible, approachable and genuine with a can-do attitude\n• Focused on the detail and delivers excellent, high-quality work\n• Is keen to constantly develop their skills, undertake additional accreditations and gain exposure to a large variety of IT technologies\n• Keen to travel frequently to client site to support project go-lives, onboarding, moves etc",
