  "job_description": "The Role Arm has built the world's most pervasive compute architecture, and we've led many of the technology revolutions that impact the day-to-day lives of people everywhere.\nThe Future of Infrastructure is Built on Arm.\nNow we are building new software teams to take us to the next level.\nTechnology built on Arm is all around us, from industrial and automotive applications, to the IoT, to the desktop and data center.\n'Wherever Computing Happens', we need to enable Arm by providing software solutions that interface higher-level software stacks with the hardware itself.\nJob Overview:\nArm is seeking skilled, experienced, and highly motivated Software QA Team Leader, located in Bristol, to join our Software Engineering group.\nAs a member of the System Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to enable the evolution of Computing Infrastructure using Arm Neoverse Compute Subsystems.\nYou will be working with a distributed team spread across Arm's worldwide engineering centers.\nYour primary responsibilities will include ensuring firmware developed for Arm Neoverse CSS platforms is product ready.\nResponsibilities:\nYou will be responsible for building automated test solutions to deliver production quality firmware together with established teams working on open-source software stack for server platforms.\nYou will be able to specify test architecture and test scenarios for validating firmware to both Arm internal and customer specified test specifications across various test categories - Compliance, Stress, Accelerated life, Strife, Reliability, Performance, and robustness.\nYou will play a key role in specifying appropriate tooling options for different types of testing and provide inputs on CI design and setup.\nYou will provide technical leadership and line management of a distributed QA team.\nAre you are looking for a unique opportunity to build and lead a successful QA team transforming computing infrastructure landscape? Required Skills and Experience:\nProven experience in Quality Assurance and Test automation of product quality software, preferably for server ecosystem.\nHands on experience of test code development and automation for firmware or system software.\nExcellent programming skills in C, Python and Bash scripts are required.\nSystem validation experience of platforms utilizing UEFI and ACPI for technologies such as RAS, Virtualization, Power Management, PCI-E and CXL.\nEngineering management experience leading a diverse team spread across multiple locations.\nGood understanding of computer architecture, micro architecture concepts - ideally for the Arm architecture.\n'Nice To Have' Skills and Experience:\nExperience in validation of production quality firmware in server segment.\nExposure to static and dynamic code analysis tools.\nFamiliarity with Arm SystemReady SR Compliance Program Experience with Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices.\nFamiliarity with open-source projects such as Linux Kernel, TF-A, EDK II and OpenBMC.\nIn Return:\nArm Neoverse is the foundation for the next era of digital infrastructure.\nThis role provides an outstanding opportunity to develop and contribute to the success of Arm Neoverse CSS based solutions.\n•",
