  "job_description": "Systems Engineer\n\nRate: £28.59 per hour\n\nLocation: Grangemouth, Scotland\n\nContract Length: 12 months\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join our client in Grangemouth. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Information Systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems. You will work with a variety of systems/coding languages to link production from top to bottom.\n\nAccountabilities\n• Deliver a key automation service to multiple business units.\n• Utilise in-depth knowledge of SQL server to design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.\n• Develop custom applications using C#, HTML and Java to extend the functionality of our manufacturing execution systems.\n• Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces and dashboards for monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes.\n• Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.\n• Follow safe systems of work for all daily activities, providing the highest HSEQ standards.\n\nQualifications\n• In-depth knowledge and experience with SQL server, including database design, query optimisation, and performance tuning.\n• Knowledge of C#, HTML for developing custom applications and web interfaces, with a strong understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices would be an advantage.\n• Knowledge of AVEVA System Platform or similar products would be an advantage.\n• Knowledge and proven use of AI to develop code would be an advantage, but not essential.",
