The successful candidate will be comfortable writing clean, maintainable code and implementing functionality beyond visual tools.\n\nWorking closely with designers and the wider creative team, you will translate Figma designs, wireframes, and brand systems into polished, responsive digital experiences.\n\nYour work will include:\n• Building high-quality, responsive websites in Webflow from Figma designs\n• Delivering bespoke digital builds using clean, semantic HTML, well-structured CSS, and modern JavaScript\n• Writing custom code to implement functionality, integrations, and interactive components\n• Structuring, populating, and managing scalable CMS collections\n• Ensuring websites are optimised for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices\n• Integrating third-party tools, APIs, and custom scripts where required\n• Maintaining, refining, and improving existing projects\n• Managing CMS data population and structured content entry\n• Building and testing responsive HTML email campaigns\n\nSome projects will involve a strong level of creative collaboration, while others will focus on optimisation, structure, and implementation.
