  "job_description": "Experteer Overview\nAs a Senior Android Engineer on the mobile team, you will lead the design and evolution of our Android architecture, applying Kotlin and Jetpack to deliver scalable, performant experiences. You will partner with Product, Design, and Sports Science to translate goals into technical roadmaps and high-fidelity prototypes. You’ll own the end-to-end app lifecycle, optimize performance, and elevate our CI/CD practices to ship reliable code daily. Your work will transform complex athlete data into intuitive insights while mentoring engineers and shaping the tech culture.
